For thousands of years, people have looked to the sky for orientation. They observed, recorded what followed, recognised patterns and passed those observations forward.
That accumulated knowledge became astrology.
Live Your Voyage astrology was created from the same idea: knowing what may lie ahead is more useful than travelling without a map.
Astrology can point towards periods of opportunity, change, pressure, growth, delay or uncertainty. Sometimes knowing what is approaching gives us an opportunity to change course. Sometimes it gives us time to prepare. And sometimes it simply changes the way we experience what comes next.
A map cannot make the journey for us. It cannot make every road easy or remove every obstacle.
But it can show us where we are, what may lie ahead, and where the other roads are.
That is what astrology is to me.

Everything we know about astrology began with observation.
I believe we should keep observing.
Live Your Voyage is not a place where you are asked to hand your decisions over to an astrologer. I will tell you what I see in the sky, explain the patterns behind it and give you the tools to follow those patterns yourself.
Watch what happens. Keep your own records. Compare them with what came before.
The more you understand the map, the better equipped you are to navigate your own voyage.

I’m the astrologer and writer behind Live Your Voyage astrology.
I created LYV because I wanted astrology to be something you could use, not simply something you read about when you wanted to know what your horoscope said.
That idea eventually grew into the planners, guides, courses and resources you’ll find here.
In Sky Notes, I follow the current sky and write down what I see. In The LYV Library, I create tools that allow you to take that knowledge with you and use it in your own life.
You don’t have to agree with every interpretation I make.
In fact, I would rather you didn’t take my word for it.
